DARLA VETO, brings over two decades of seasoned investment commercial real estate acquisition and disposition transaction experience in areas of residential, (multi family, development, distressed projects, ,advisory), and commercial, (hotel, office, strip centers, retail leasing, sale lease back, single tenant assets). Apart, from real estate transaction experience, she also brings to DH Stephens experience in areas of highest and best use and re positioning of assets.

Prior to joining DH STEPHENS, she has held prominent positions within transaction brokerage,,asset management and advisory capacities focused in commercial investments and multi family development.
​
Ms Veto, currently serves as executive leadership and head Broker at DH STEPHENS Real Estate New York Inc., and Florida office of DH STEPHENS Real Estate Inc.
Ms Veto, holds New York and Florida State Broker Licenses and is a member of National Association of Realtors (NAR), Palm Beaches Real Estate Commercial Association.
She is bilingual in the languages of English and French, formerly from Montreal,Canada.
